The city of Liverpool

Liverpool is indelibly linked with the ‘Famous Four’ - The Beatles – and football, as well as being a very popular tourist destination. Locacted in the northwest of England, Liverpool is nothing if not cosmopolitan, owing to its maritime prowess and massive student population at Liverpool University. As a result, there are an amazing number of international restaurants, pubs and bars.

Its museums, galleries and theatres are second in number only to those of London and the shopping and eating options are mind-boggling. All budgets and tastes are catered for, including: African, Chinese, French, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish, and Thai.

Student Loans

Liverpool University is allowed to charge new, full-time students up to £3,000 a year for tuition fees from September 2006. Many students will apply for a student loan to cover their tuition fees and day to day living costs. Student loans are the best option for borrowing money for college as interest rates are traditionally low and repayments don't start until graduated students are in work and are earning over £15,000.
